Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or exchange after verification.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue occurred from our side.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method, where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
